ABOUT

Centre for Life Skills Learning(CLSL) is a registered non-profit organization that works for holistic development of young people. CLSL was founded with a view to assist and guide an individual, for the development of rural and tribal areas, to give life skill learning, to enhance the overall development in the areas such as health, education, agriculture, environment, research, sports, arts and culture. It has an expansion to seven states of India namely Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Manipur. The head office being located in the heart of Tamil Nadu coordinates its various expansion.

CLSL visualize personalities and people shall be empowered, self-responsible, self-reliant and reliable to take informed decision as they gradually grow and thus secure world peace.

MISSION

Primarily CLSL provides life skill education to people of different age group living within the expanded area of CLSL in order to realize their goal and maximize their potential.

OUR PROJECTS

ABYUDAYA

India’s youthful man power, a result of the demographic
dividend, need to be provided with skill and ability to tackle global
challenges. The more we give importance to skill development the more competent
youth will be. It is important to prepare for them today itself.

          Skill development training for more than 25000 youths in a year from marginalized and vulnerable communities residing within the territory of Kerala, especially Palakkad district. 120 youth from colleges, youth clubs and other community organizations are trained in the first batch in coordination with EKTA parishad. It aims to bridge the social, technological and physiological gap within the society.

LAKSHYA

Palakkad has got the highest dropout rate in schools between SSLC and HSS among the districts of Kerala expecting 6000 youth and covering 26 institutions in Palakkad district of Kerala. CLSL functions the project under the supervision of the Nemmara legislative assembly to uplift dropout youth to a standard level through academic and non-academic support.
